How to play

Goal: First to collect 3 complete property sets of different colors.

Your turn

1. Draw 2 cards (5 if hand is empty)
2. Play up to 3 cards (money, properties, actions, rent)
3. Discard down to 7 if needed

Card types

• Properties — placed in colored sets
• Money / Actions banked — used to pay rent
• Wildcards — placed in any matching color (movable)
• Actions — Sly Deal, Forced Deal, Deal Breaker, Pass Go, Birthday, Debt Collector, Rent, Just Say No, House, Hotel

Key rules

• You can't make change. Overpay and lose it.
• Just Say No cancels any action against you.
• Properties in complete sets are safe from Sly/Forced Deal (only Deal Breaker takes them).
